NewNet Services llc. Is looking to add a Support Specialist to our team. NewNet a small Telecommunications Network Management software company located in Missoula, MT providing Mapping, Database Interface and Workflow software and services to small, rural Telcos around the country.
The primary role of a Support Specialist is to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for existing customers and assist with defining and implementing our software solutions with new customers. This entails gathering business rules and needs for software deployments and providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support during the turn-up process. This position works closely with Development to solve Tier 3 support issues and further develop the software products.
The Support Specialist role is a full-time, hourly job paying $15.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience. This position reports to the Director of Implementation and Support.
Roles and Responsibilities
Represent NewNet Support as primary point of contact for all customers with a request or problem
Solve and repair Tier 1 and Tier 2 support issues
Collect info from customer and provide development with all necessary end-user information when an issue is identified as a Tier 3 issue
Test and approve \software releases prior to delivery to customer
Customize existing BPM processes for new customer systems to account for small differences with business logic and process
Work with development to enhance software offerings
Design and develop workflow processes as needed
Assist the map linking department with building customer network maps
Other tasks that management may assigne as needed
