DescriptionThe work consistently involves assignments of moderate to high complexity, in addition to Analyst 1 competencies, education/experience and knowledge base. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.Essential Functions:Mentor lower-level professionals in use of tools, techniques, and analysis skills.Demonstrated ability to apply standards, concepts and theories related to technical discipline and provide solutions to moderately complex problems.Build and sustain effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external contacts, vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of Providence St. Joseph Health.Maintain and manage vendor relationships on a tactical level.Ability to manage up to 15-20 vendors at one time.Provide guidance and mentoring to internal and external customers to maximize their use of Information Services tools and systems, educate clients, and create related documentation as necessary.Facilitate and participate in committees with cross-functional teams within Information Services and throughout the health system across all ministries.Ability to facilitate team meetings.Utilize systems to track identification, location, maintenance, and associated contracts.Work with vendors to coordinate quotes, pay invoices, and associated services to ensure compliance within contract terms and conditions while ensuring maximum value from our vendors.Ensure the proper tracking of expenses to ensure invoices are coded correctly through Accounts Payable and Accounting so costs are captured, tracked, and reported accurately within service level agreements.Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educ/experience

3 years of Functional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

3 years of experience in Information Services.

3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.

3 years of experience with Accounting/Purchasing.
