Quality Assurance and Packaging

Job Specifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred; must be able to visually check brick to determine whether our product is within standards set forth by Endicott Clay Products. Must identify the nature of problems and reports them to the Department Supervisor or Operator. Must be able to differentiate between colors and shades; Must have basic adding and subtracting skill to assure the right number of product is in each bundle or package. Must watch indicators to make sure a machine is working properly and the line is continuously running. Must be able to follow instructions given by the Department Operator or Supervisor, Must be able to communicate accurate information given to your team members when asked. Must be able to quickly make coordinated movements of one hand, a hand together with its arm, or two hands to grasp, check, manipulate, or assemble. Must be able to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists, Must have the ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects. This job requires the ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach out with the body, arms, and/or legs, kneel, stoop or crouch. In this position the ability to detect or tell the difference between sounds. In this position you must be able to continuously use the upper extremities for long periods of time while standing predominantly in one place. Must follow all Health and Safety Rule set forth by Endicott Clay Products at all times including but not limit to all proper PPE. The work environment varies depending on the weather conditions outside and the work area. Conditions can exceed over 100 degrees for the duration of the working shift. In this job you must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.All shifts needed.1st shift 6:00 am - 3:00 pmii2nd shift 3:15 pm -12:15 am
