A Unique Opportunity
We are searching for a highly-motivated individuals whom we can train to be a company leader and manager or a local field underwriter within the next year. You will be required to learn our proven sales system and, as a manager, to help hire and train new agents to run your local area in Eastern Nebraska. This is an exciting opportunity to have your own business as your area has been identified a fast-growing market with a high demand of clients. We are in need of a capable, people-person with a strong desire to help others and, as a result, is willing to put their heart and soul into his or her work.
This is a flexible in-home sales position. We have an incredible commission structure that provides you with a very lucrative opportunity. Our proven sales system and streamlined lead generation system ensures there is NO cold calling involved. The system puts you in front of interested, qualified buyers who have a need for the product.
Basic Job Description
I am looking for a field underwriter who will take these applications, call our clients, set an appointment, and go sit down with them at their home for about 45 minutes and help them pick out the best mortgage protection plan that fits their budget. Our full-time agents will sit with 8 to 15 families per week. Some of our agents start on a part-time basis and gradually move to full-time.
Our Lead Generation System
Those homeowners that are interested in getting this protection will personally fill out our mini-applications and mail them back to us, providing valid phone numbers and requesting us to call them to set an appointment and show them their options.
There is no cold calling. Only those who have requested the information will be contacted.
This sales system has revolutionized the insurance industry and that is what allows our agents to make over $100k in the very first year regardless of experience.

Commissions As A New Agent
Average commission is around $600 per application. Full time underwriters write about 5-10 applications per week. While this is a full commission position, it allows you to work as much or as little as you like, with the opportunity to create the income that meets your needs and desires. There is also an option to build and lead your own agency of underwriters to make additional, passive income and to create GENERATIONAL WEALTH for your family.
Part Time Agents make approximately 30k-60k the first year
Full Time Agents make approximately 80k-180k first year
Agency Owners with consistent promotions every 2-3 months generate $200-500k+ in a matter of one to a few years
