Talent Space, Inc. is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist for a remote contract opportunity!Responsible for internal communications content that is delivered within an organization, including reminders, memos, executive emails, sponsorships, contests, fundraisers, and marketing material.Primary responsibilities

  • Manage internal communications output.
  • Review deliverables (including design layout) to ensure story-telling and planning is appropriate for audience.
  • Coordinating and organizing town-hall meetings with various stakeholders to align with story architecture, sequencing and advocate and voice of audience (this includes execution of deck, invite, audience polling, etc.)
  • Prepare strategic communication plan for organization.
  • Execute steps within a certain time frame and engage appropriate stakeholders.
  • Work with relevant teams to publish timely company information, such as memos and organization directives.
  • Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization's strategic vision.
  • Measure and present results of communication efforts.
  • Adjust communication plan as needed.
  • Suggest what information should be presented to varying audience levels (internal/external).
  • Set timing of release to coordinate with organization events or initiatives.
  • Support ideas with research and experience.
  • Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication (including development, organizing and education as needed.)
  • Ensure consistent framing of messages.
  • Edit and revise content as necessary.
  • Ensure workers are engaged in company initiatives.
  • Edit, design, and print internal publications.
