Talent Space, Inc. is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist for a remote contract opportunity!Responsible for internal communications content that is delivered within an organization, including reminders, memos, executive emails, sponsorships, contests, fundraisers, and marketing material.Primary responsibilities
- Manage internal communications output.
- Review deliverables (including design layout) to ensure story-telling and planning is appropriate for audience.
- Coordinating and organizing town-hall meetings with various stakeholders to align with story architecture, sequencing and advocate and voice of audience (this includes execution of deck, invite, audience polling, etc.)
- Prepare strategic communication plan for organization.
- Execute steps within a certain time frame and engage appropriate stakeholders.
- Work with relevant teams to publish timely company information, such as memos and organization directives.
- Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization's strategic vision.
- Measure and present results of communication efforts.
- Adjust communication plan as needed.
- Suggest what information should be presented to varying audience levels (internal/external).
- Set timing of release to coordinate with organization events or initiatives.
- Support ideas with research and experience.
- Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication (including development, organizing and education as needed.)
- Ensure consistent framing of messages.
- Edit and revise content as necessary.
- Ensure workers are engaged in company initiatives.
- Edit, design, and print internal publications.
