Job Description
We are seeking an individual to build and directly impact the asset management system across our firm. This individual will help ensure the company has the right assets at the right time to serve internal teams, monitor fleet utilization, asset lifecycles, and calculate and monitor equipment billing rates for utilization using a cost recovery method. In addition, this individual will manage a variety of relationships both internally and externally, including commercial relationships, and have extensive knowledge of industry safety practices. Travel to multiple locations will be required on a routine basis.
We currently have one opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Lincoln, Omaha, or Kansas City, office location.
Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in asset management
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, construction, or business-related field preferred
- Ability to develop and run an asset program
- Strong knowledge base of asset based financial evaluation
- Experience in leading initiatives and implementing cost saving strategies
- Ability to think strategically and solving problems
- Willingness to travel
