DescriptionAre you someone who has trained external and internal partners? Researched and developed program policies and manuals? Have experience with the Behavioral Health field? If you answered yes to all of these questions, then we want you to apply to this Network Staff Support position. This position is critical to the Division of Behavioral Health and will play a vital role in Helping People Live Better Lives.Hours: 8-5, Monday - Friday. Examples of Work Assist in contract management, fiscal monitoring, utilization review and quality of care reviews Assist contractors in the allocation and expenditure of funding in a manner that is consistent with Federal and State Regulations, State statutes and consistent with the Division of Behavioral Health's Strategic Plan. Research and developing program policy and manuals. Train and survey internal and external partners Audit programs for compliance with state and federal regulations. Use the internal centralized data system and electronic billing system to perform quality assurance analysis and evaluation of assigned programs Interpret and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with federal representatives, stakeholders and other partners Provide customer assistance and technical assistance to internal and external partners Qualifications / RequirementsREQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree, or equivalent coursework/training, in public administration, social/behavioral sciences, healthcare, human services or other programs related field. Professional experience working in a human/social service or health care agency with responsibility for planning or evaluation services, programs or operational policies and practices may substitute in lieu of the educational requirement.PREFERRED: Experience working in a human/social service or health care agency with responsibility for planning or evaluation services, programs or operational policies and practices may substitute in lieu of the educational requirement.OTHER: Valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation. Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExperience with Behavioral Health Experience with contract management, policy, and regulatory processes. Experience with auditing programs. Experience with research and developing program policy and manuals.
