Description:Maintain and troubleshoot dies with minimal supervision or directionTroubleshoot die problems with minimal amount of production down timePrioritize work load to meet the needs of productionPerform die changeovers as requiredSupport and implement continuous tooling improvements on all dies for increased utilization and efficiencyBuild/Modify spare parts as neededParticipate in recommendations for die design improvements and problem solving teamsAbility to lift 50lbs$5k sign on bonus2nd Shift: Monday-Friday plus a 15% shift premium - flexible on start time, 2-3:30pm start – 8 hour shift3rd Shift: Sunday - Friday plus a 25% shift premium – 10-11:30pm start – 8 hour shiftSkills & Qualifications:Technical Degree in Machine Tool / equivalent field OR completion of an apprenticeship programWorking knowledge of precision machining and surface grinding2+ years of manufacturing experienceAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
