PK has multiple openings for the position of Technical Delivery Manager based out of its U.S. headquarters in Omaha, NE. The employee may also work at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. is required.ResponsibilitiesThe position of Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for guiding and coaching the teams on the Agile Scrum practices. Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standup, Grooming Sessions, Product Demos, Retrospectives) and ensuring a shippable product is delivered by end of each sprint. Attending various meetings organized by the Company's Project Management Office and making sure the Agile teams are in alignment with the company's standards. Tracking and resolving technical impediments during the sprints and making sure the scope is delivered as planned.QualificationsThe position of Technical Delivery Manager requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or any technical/analytical field that is closely related to the specialty, plus two years of experience in an IT/Computer-related position. Additionally, this position requires two years of experience with the following: management of overall performance and delivery of large cross functional products, preparing and presenting projects to executive leadership, serving as Scrum Master for multiple teams and production release support.
