We are an equal opportunity employer including veterans and people with disabilities.A Brief OverviewServes as the systems analyst for design, testing, and implementation for Digital Health and Innovation strategic initiatives. Provides clinical guidance for telehealth/telemedicine workflow analysis implementation design and performance indicators for all use cases. Researches and corrects system and user problems. Works with various primary care, specialty department, ancillary or inpatient units to support practice and implement changes as needed to existing and new systems.Essential Functions

Analyze, design, configure, test and maintain digital health workflows to include telehealth, telemedicine, and remote patient monitoring to provide efficient and effective application solutions. Collaborates with the Digital Health team, operational leaders, internal and external site staff to implement digital health strategic initiatives.

Lead and participate in projects across applications as the subject matter expert by defining requirements for new and existing systems in alignment with department and organizational priorities.

Upgrade, test and maintain the Digital Health software platforms and any peripheral devices needed to perform care delivery virtually.

Assist the Digital Health Education and Device Specialist with coordination, training and on-going support for all providers/staff related to Digital Health.

Assist operational leaders and providers with ongoing monitoring of performance indicators for each Digital Health use case.

Actively and accurately maintain issue lists, build documentation, and coordination of team tasks as outlined by department policies.

Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job.

Education Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, medical profession, or related field Required and

Experience Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in Information Technology or healthcare field Preferred and

Experience working with Epic clinical applications Preferred

Skills and Abilities

Current technical knowledge of Information Technology, focusing on application development and support.

Current knowledge of applying technology focused in the area of Healthcare.

Skill in use of MS Office applications.

Good organizational skills.

Ability to utilize critical thinking skills for problem solving.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Licenses and Certifications

Must obtain EpicCare Ambulatory certification within 9 months of hire and maintain the certification(s) for duration of employment in Digital Health and Innovation, required. Required
