Manages project schedules, budgets, and/or resources as well as coordinating communication between team members and stakeholders

Independently collect, analyze, and present data to leadership using various tools and techniques.

Finalize presentations and agendas for meetings

Use data findings to help solve operational barriers and implement improved workflows.

Support multiple providers and or departments by managing ongoing projects directly impacting operations and KPIs

Manage schedules regarding (but not limited to) provider call and new hire training schedules

Schedule & lead meetings and/or training sessions for front line workers and/or clinic leadership

Coordinate new or ongoing clinic projects, programs, and/or grants

Resolves issues upon request relating to but not limited to IT, onboarding, and/or scheduling conflicts

Other duties as assigned

QualificationsRequired Education and ExperienceAssociates degree in management or healthcare related field or 1-2 years’ experience managing projects of varying size and complexityRequired Licensure and CertificationsNoneRequired Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training

Demonstrates strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel or google versions)

Excellent written, interpersonal and oral communication skills.

Proven track record in project management; implementation from concept to execution is highly desirable.

Excellent problem solving skills desirable.

Self-motivated with a focus on process-improvement preferred.

Pay Range$17.04 - $23.43 /hourWe are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
