Short Description:

Sr. Implementation Analyst

Long Description:

The CLIENT Issuer Solutions Conversion/Implementation department works directly with clients on conversion, start-up, and transfer projects. Conversion projects involve migrating an existing portfolio from another processor (TSYS, FIS, In-house, etc.) to the CLIENT processing system. Conversions can be for a client brand new to CLIENT or for an existing client that is adding to their portfolio. Startups involve starting from ground zero and building out the required infrastructure on the CLIENT system to support a new client, who will launch a new portfolio. Transfers involve two clients that are already CLIENT clients and involve systemically moving the accounts from one clients infrastructure to the other.

Team members assist in all aspects of each project type from beginning to end, participating in in Discovery, Data Spec Review, Software Development Process, System Configuration, Testing, Project Management & Implementation. Owner associates are given the opportunity to become knowledgeable in a number of CLIENT credit system/product features and become Subject Matter Experts in specific areas of their choice. The positions within Conversions offer a variety of opportunities, including projects where you may manage all aspects independently, or larger projects where you’ll be part of a larger team working together to deliver a successful implementation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Long Description:
  • Responsible for managing several different skillblock areas.
  • Responsible for translating business requirements into technical requirements to satisfy client custom development.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the project from beginning to end.
  • Responsible for managing project plans and associated tasks.
  • Responsible for helping drive resolution of issues through problem solving, identification of necessary resources, and escalation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Ability to effectively conduct meetings and presentations.
  • Customer service experience
Industry Knowledge:
  • Understanding of the Credit Card Issuing Industry and associated products
  • Experience with in converting to new processing platforms, preferred
Project Management and Leadership:
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to make information based decisions
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage project deliverables and keep client and internal partners on task
  • Experience of working in a diverse and challenging environment
  • Enthusiasm to motivate others
  • Commitment to be part of the team, and to support others in making the wider team a success
  • Proven ability to manage and mitigate risks to project delivery
Competencies and Platform Knowledge:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or relevant credit card processing experience
  • Previous conversion experience preferred
  • Experience with and knowledge of CLIENT platforms (CLIENT Omaha) and products/services preferred.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned projects and within a team on large projects.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
