- Responsible for helping drive resolution of issues through problem solving, identification of necessary resources, and escalation.

- Understanding of the Credit Card Issuing Industry and associated products
- Experience with in converting to new processing platforms, preferred

- Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or relevant credit card processing experience
- Previous conversion experience preferred
- Experience with and knowledge of CLIENT platforms (CLIENT Omaha) and products/services preferred.
- Ability to work independently on assigned projects and within a team on large projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications
