Customer Service Representative, Combination Store

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Combination Store Customer Service Representative position. The Combination Store Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic wayAnswer telephone calls promptlyDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and useSell welding and safety products and services to customerFit and sell medical products and services to customersContinue education on industry billing criteria as it relates to specific customer insurance requirementsInitiate and complete new patient referral information files and assist in setting up new accounts where applicableIssue product sales quotes to customersTrack customer’s order in the computer and be able to interpret where order is in the delivery processPerform other tasks as assigned or necessary
