Overview

CleanTech Vanadium Mining Corp., through its subsidiary Nevada Vanadium LLC owns the Fish Creek Ranch in Eureka County, Nevada. The ranch is seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual (or couple) to live on the ranch and ensure the property is properly maintained, secure, and operational. This role is ideal for someone with experience in ranch, farm, or rural property management who enjoys independent work, problem-solving, and outdoor tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Property & Facilities Maintenance

Inspect and maintain ranch buildings, fences, gates, water systems, and equipment

Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry) or coordinate contractors when needed

Maintain roads, driveways, and general grounds upkeep

Monitor water lines, wells, and irrigation where applicable

Land / Pasture Work

Manage pastures, mowing, weed control, and general land stewardship

Operate and maintain ranch equipment (tractors, UTVs, mowers, etc.)

Security & Oversight

Be present on the property as a resident caretaker

Monitor ranch access and report any unusual activity

Oversee contractors, deliveries, or visitors when the owner is away

General Support

Assist with light administrative or logistic tasks related to ranch operations

Support seasonal or project-based work (maintenance, repairs, improvements)

Qualifications

Experience in ranch/farm operations, rural property maintenance, or similar role

Ability to operate and maintain ranch equipment and tools

Basic mechanical, carpentry, or general handyman skills

Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions

Strong communication and reliability

Valid driver’s license and work permit required

Preferred Experience

Prior live-on ranch or rural property caretaker role

Familiarity with irrigation, wells, generators, or off-grid systems (if applicable)

Compensation

Salary commensurate with experience
