Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Concrete Batch Plant Operators for long term projects in the Elko, NV area.
WEEKLY PAY! LONG TERM!
PAY: $32- $35/hr per hour (based on experience)
Project Duration: 2+ years
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Weekly Schedule:
Week 1: 3 days on / 4 days off
Week 2: 4 days on / 3 days off
(Rotates weekly)
Hours Worked: 40–50 hours/week
Per Diem: $140/day for days worked (Must be eligible)

Concrete Batch Plant Operator Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Batch Plant Operator to join our team in Elko, Nevada. This role is responsible for accurately mixing and delivering concrete using specialized equipment, ensuring quality, safety, and efficient production in a dynamic jobsite environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor batching equipment to produce concrete according to specified mix designs.
Ensure quality control and consistency in concrete production.
Manage the loading of trucks and schedule deliveries efficiently.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of plant equipment.
Maintain accurate production and delivery records.
Communicate with drivers, dispatch, and project managers to meet production goals.
Enforce safety and environmental regulations on site.
Troubleshoot operational or mechanical issues promptly.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience operating a concrete batch plant or similar equipment.
Knowledge of concrete materials, mix designs, and batching processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and load tickets.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with computerized batching systems preferred.
Reliable transportation and ability to work extended hours as needed.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE
Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves.
