Larkin Plumbing, 90 years in Las Vegas, is seeking a full time DISPATCHER/ CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.
Looking for someone reliable, willing to get along with others, someone steady, willing to show up for work on time and enjoy a good positive atmosphere. Paid vacation and medical, with vision and dental available. Work with a leading family owned business.
Duties include:
Cheerfully answering telephone calls for service requests and information.
Use of computer to keep track of technicians all over the Vegas Valley area.
Prioritizing plumbing service requests and scheduling of future service calls.
Some data entry and general office duties.
Requirements include:
Being reliable, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm on Mondays, 7:00 to 3:00 Tuesday - Friday
Have excellent communication skills.
Being comfortable with a computer, we use custom software, but easy to learn.
Able to read maps of the Las Vegas Valley.
Cheerful disposition and experience in working with others in a sometimes busy office.
