Friendly, fun, and perfectly paced, you juggle spirits both liquid and lively while creating a welcoming bar experience. You will demonstrate Westgate’s core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction with guests and team members.Deliver friendly, attentive service to ensure a great guest experience.Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.Accurately process guest orders and handle cash and credit transactions.Maintain bar stock levels and assist with inventory and restocking.Keep the bar area organized, stocked, and ready for service at all times.Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to support smooth service.Set up and break down the bar for opening and closing shifts.Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and local alcohol regulations.
