Broil Cook

Prepares, seasons, and cooks all food items, including but not limited to all meats, seafood’s, vegetables and liquids by following Westgate recipes exactly for consumption in food outlets by performing the following duties.DutiesEnsure a high quality product and food preparation.Be able to identify, butcher and cook all proteins to desired temp.Ability to learn and teach each job position quickly and efficiently.Being resilient under pressure.Knowledge of restaurant operations.Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
