Job Description

Overview
Deliver automated solutions within Oracle Integration Cloud around IAM. Includes solution design, automation development, documentation, analytics and reporting, and test and deployment.
Experience

Deep technical exposure in the Oracle suite of applications including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle ERP, HCM (HDL), and Enterprise Scheduler (ESS)
5-7 years of experience designing, building, testing and implementing Oracle ERP processes and user access management.
Experience designing and developing Oracle Automation routines
Strong mix of business processes and IT skills
Good communication skills collaborating between business and IT teams
Understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM) policy management, controls, and processes
Experience automating user identity, user access, and user permissions management

Example Project Scope

Automate Adding and Assigning Roles for New Hires

The roles automation process will trigger daily and identify who has joined in the team and will grab their job title, position, location, department details and send to Oracle Integration cloud (OIC). The OIC will validate the data and creates HDL file with user and roles mapping information and invoice ESS (enterprise scheduler) jobs in ERP. The ESS jobs will assign roles to an employee that came from HDL HCM Data Loader (HDL) file.

Add or remove roles to an existing employee who changed their job title

The roles automation process will trigger daily and identify who has changed their job tile in HCM, will grab their job title, position, location, department details and send to Oracle Integration cloud (OIC). The OIC will validate the data and creates HDL file with user and roles mapping information and invoice ESS (enterprise scheduler) jobs in ERP. The ESS (enterprise scheduler) jobs will assign roles to an employee that came from HDL HCM Data Loader (HDL) file.

Revoking Roles for Terminated Employees

There is an existing seeded functionality available in ERP when someone terminated their employment in HCM, Oracle automatically end date their access and roles. As part of this project, we are going to test this functionality and make sure system satisfied SOX compliances.

Add or remove data access to user roles

The roles automation process will identify data accesses set based on their department and location. Oracle ERP collects the employee roles and respective data access set information and send to OIC. The OIC will validate the data and creates FBDI file with user and roles mapping information and invoice ESS (enterprise scheduler) jobs in ERP. The ESS (enterprise scheduler) jobs will assign roles to an employee that came from HD LHCM Data Loader (HDL) file.

Development (Estimates)

Validate personas and respective roles that are already identified

Setup two flex value sets

a. Persona and user roles

b. User roles and data access sets

Validate and setup OIC components in Oracle ERP

Build four Oracle BIP reports in Oracle ERP

a. BIP Report - New Hire

b. BIP Report - Employee changes

c. BIP Report - Data access set details

d. BIP Report - Reconciliation report

Build OIC Integration for New hire, Employee job changes and Data access set assignment

Log all the error message and process steps in ATP (Autonomous data base)
