The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and administration of assigned projects, ensuring delivery in accordance with client expectations, budgets, schedules, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, client management, and multi-disciplinary team coordination capabilities.Key Responsibilities: Overall management and administration of projects, including establishing project-specific objectives and policies.Lead and provide guidance to subordinate managers and technical staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and project policies.Serve as the primary liaison between AECOM and client stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.Oversee all facets of projects from budgeting and scheduling through procurement, contract management, and closeout.Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and quality to achieve successful delivery.Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of technical, contractual, and commercial issues.Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, promoting collaboration among engineering, design, environmental, and construction disciplines.Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for clients and internal leadership.Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, participating in proposal development, and fostering client relationships.Mentor, develop, and manage project management staff to cultivate a high-performing, skilled team.Ensure compliance with relevant local, state, and federal regulations and AECOM’s internal quality assurance and safety standards.Manage financial aspects of projects including forecasting, invoicing, profit and loss responsibility, and budget controls.
