Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items following Trattoria Rustica’s recipes and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
Ensure timely and efficient food preparation during service hours
Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
Knowledge of Italian cuisine is highly desirable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Absolutely no drugs and no drama, respect is a must - punctuality and alcohol free
