General Manager – Pizzeria (Southwest Las Vegas)
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead and grow our pizzeria in Southwest Las Vegas. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and passionate about both great food and great service.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Leadership
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure a professional, efficient, and friendly environment.
Lead, train, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
Maintain, enforce, and improve all restaurant policies and procedures.
Staff Management
Handle all aspects of staffing, including:
Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
Scheduling to meet labor targets and business needs
Coaching, performance reviews, and professional development
Disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary
Manage payroll processes accurately and on time.
Financial & Cost Controls
Monitor and control food, labor, and operating costs.
Manage inventory: ordering, receiving, rotation, and waste control.
Analyze sales and cost reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure proper cash handling and daily/weekly financial reporting.
Menu & Product Management
Implement new menu items, including:
Testing and standardizing recipes
Training staff on preparation and presentation
Setting pricing in line with cost and market
Maintain consistent food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
Customer Service
Interact with guests in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
Cultivate repeat business and a loyal customer base.
Growth & Adaptability to new menu items
Reprt and take direction from the owners and work as a team to improve overall operations of the business.
