At The Sundry we pride ourselves on delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests through delicious food and attentive service. We are currently seeking Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests by providing excellent service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
Present menus and provide recommendations upon request
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Enter orders into the POS system and ensure they are transmitted to the kitchen promptly
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Clear tables and ensure they are properly set for the next guests
Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude
