Job Responsibilities:
Assisting our clients with ADL’s, such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
Assisting our clients with IADL’s, such as light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation and errands.
Helping clients with mobility efforts, including transferring.
Offer companionship and socializing
Responsible, dependable and timely.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
High school diploma and equivalent
PCA/HHA Certification or active CNA Certification
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
Must be able to lift 30lbs
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a personal care aide
Outstanding relationship building and communication skills
Ability to manage to demands of the job with integrity, empathy and compassion
