The Production Associate will be responsible for diagnosing and exchanging small electronic items that are sent by customers for in and out of warranty. The Repair Technician will also diagnose and exchange electronic items but will also make repairs as needed. You will ensure all QA procures are met and inventory is tracked of used parts and exchanges.
A Typical Day
· Receive and document all inbound shipments
· Diagnose and validate customer description of defective product
· Exchange or repair items are required to return item to full functional condition
· Request parts or replacement needed for repair or exchanges
· Sort and inventory product and accessories as required
· Pack and match up accessories for outgoing replacements or repaired product to customers
· Provide complete, accurate and timely data collection utilizing the company tracking software
· Ensure all Quality Assurance procedures are implemented and closely followed
· Conduct cycle counts for inventory parts and replacement units
· Run hourly reports with our in-house software and address statuses.

· You’ve excelled in a high technology manufacturing and/or test environment
· You enjoy assembling & repairs
· You are proficient with data entry using on-line vendor websites and with Microsoft Office products
· You can lift up to 50lb
· Able to sit or move around for prolonged periods
· You have great communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)
· You're able to work in office at our North Vegas distribution center (Alexander/ Pecos)
SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 7:30AM- 4:30PM
PAYRATE: $17.00- $19.00
