The Law Office of Ernest A. Buche Jr. is seeking an experienced bilingual legal assistant (English/Spanish) to join our team. Proficiency in Microsoft products is required. This is a full-time position working in the personal injury department, so experience in that field is preferred. Starting pay is $16 per hour, with health insurance and 401k benefits offered after a probationary period. Compensation is somewhat open to negotiation depending on experience. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with weekends off.
Ideal candidates have the following skills and/or experience:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Handling Property Damage claims
Experience with Subrogation (preferred)
Strong Customer Service skills and a friendly demeanor
Experience requesting Medical Records & Bills
We are willing to train, but some experience in the legal field is preferred.
