Popshap is a fast-growing interactive technology company specializing in digital displays, touchscreen solutions, and trade show activations. We are looking for a Project Manager based in Las Vegas with strong trade show or event experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee trade show and event projects from planning to completion.
Manage logistics for booth setup, shipping, installation, and breakdown.
Communicate with clients, venues, and vendors to ensure all project details are executed accurately.
Supervise on-site teams during show installations and provide technical/operational support.
Ensure timelines and budgets are met for all assigned projects.
Prepare post-show reports and coordinate next steps for upcoming events.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in trade shows, live events, or experiential marketing.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple projects at once.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability and willingness to travel for events as needed.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Hands-on and solution-oriented — willing to get involved in on-site execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing AV or digital display projects.
Familiarity with logistics, shipping, and show service coordination.
Technical knowledge of touchscreen displays or event tech setups is a plus.
