Job Description:
We are an established retail construction supply company in Las Vegas. We are looking for an entry level Counter Sales Associate to complete our store sales team.
The ideal candidate must have experience in construction and concrete materials
Must be fluent bilingual in English/Spanish (speak, write and read)
Must possess excellent customer service and phone etiquette
Duties:
Greet customers as they come into the store and assist them
Provide information on products and answer customer’s questions
Process orders, take payments, and process shipping orders
Operate computers, handheld radio, and office equipment
Count cash drawers at opening and closing of day operations
Perform simple math calculations. Cash handling and credit card payment processing
Offer customers additional products and promotions
Maintain a clean and organized work area and store display
Must be able to work overtime as needed
Assist in inventory management
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
Lifting up to 50lbs.
1+ years of Experience:
Ability to operate computers and office equipment. Point of Sale Software, MS office
Performing simple math calculations
Working independently as well as with a team.
Strong communication and organization and ability to follow instructions.
