Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: Most routes are in the greater Las Vegas area, with some deliveries to Utah, Arizona, and California (occasional overnights required)
Position Overview
We’re seeking a reliable, responsible, and customer-focused DSD (Direct Store Delivery) Driver/Merchandiser to join our team. This position involves delivering and merchandising products at 3–6 assigned retail locations each day. You’ll be the face of our company in stores, maintaining product presentation and strong relationships with store managers.
Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently deliver products to assigned retail locations.
Rotate stock and maintain organized, visually appealing displays.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a “customer is always right” attitude.
Identify slow-moving or unsellable products and remove them from stores.
Upsell and promote additional products to store managers.
Keep accurate records of deliveries and inventory.
Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and workspace.
Communicate effectively and act professionally with all store staff and customers.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
Dependable, punctual, organized, and drama-free.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience driving delivery vans and handling route-based deliveries.
Comfortable traveling across Nevada and neighboring states; occasional overnight trips required.
Self-motivated and capable of managing time and priorities independently.
