We’re a two-person founding team looking for our third - someone driven, confident, and ready to grow with us. No big-corporate politics here. Just ambition, energy, and the opportunity to earn big as we scale.
This is a startup position, so it begins commission-only, but we’re already gaining traction and expect to transition into salaried roles as revenue grows. What you’ll do:
Reach out to potential users and businesses to demo Kolby AI
Follow up with leads and close new accounts
Help shape the sales playbook from the ground up
Work directly with the founders (2-man team)
Grow into leadership as the company scales

Basic understanding of sales, communication, or marketing
Self-starter attitude - able to learn fast and think like an owner
Interest in AI, startups, and helping others sell better
