Now Casting actors and looking for filmmakers
The Nickel City Players, in association with the Coach To Camera program funded by a Nevada nonprofit corporation, are excited to announce a unique program that stands out from any other experience you may have encountered. This film is produced through a structured rehearsal process based on a written treatment. As the cast develops their characters, storyline, and overall concepts, the filmmaking team collaborates with the director and a writer to bring the film to life. This program is neither an acting class nor a filmmaking class; rather, it represents a distinctive production process that allows both actors and filmmakers to contribute to its development.
No audition is required; we will assess your potential as we develop the script.
Must be at least 18 years old all types, genders, races welcome
Collaborate in shaping your role and the script.
Enjoy a 50% share of the gross profits based on your time on set.
There will never be any fees of any kind—no exceptions.
Script development and filming will take place exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
Filming will be conducted in Las Vegas.
A minimum commitment of 10 weekends is required.
