We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
NEED TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH HEATING SYSTEMS
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems
- Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance and mechanical systems
- Proficiency in appliance repair and field service techniques
- Familiarity with equipment repair and maintenance procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
