Prior Apartment Building Property Management or Real Estate experience preferred, but not required.
Compensation package to start at $20 per hour, which could be applied toward rent if the new Property Manager(s) opts to live "on site" in one of the nice apartments. Successful applicant should most likely either live "on site" or within near driving distance of South Shore, Lake Tahoe.
