Looking for an experienced chef to run the kitchen in our busy American style restaurant in the heart of The Heavenly Village. Applicants need at least 5 years of kitchen experience and at least 2 years in some type of supervisory role. Duties would include cooking, prepping, ordering, inventory, hiring, training, menu creation, and payroll. Applicants need to be reliable and have an open schedule. Nights, weekends, and holidays are scheduled work times for this position. Applicants need to live here in South Lake Tahoe or Stateline and have reliable transportation. We are looking for a team player who is willing to grow with the company and help push new ideas and opportunities. No angry chefs please. Some Spanish would be helpful.
