Sous Chef will obtain a Certified Food Safety Manager Certificate
Sous Chef will refrain from harassing any employee. Such as Sexual, Verbal or Physical
Sous Chef will maintain an “A” grade with the Nevada Department of Health Services
Sous Chef will maintain the operations of the restaurant to the level of standard set by the owners.
Sous Chef will handle opening and closing of the restaurant
Sous Chef will maintain a professional demeanor while handling the day-to-day operations
Sous Chef will maintain a professional relationship with the employees during and after business hours
Sous Chef will handle organizing supplies and inventory
Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring staff follow the guidelines of CQSMA (Cleanliness, Quality, Service, Maintenance and Atmosphere)
