Service/Installation Technician
The ideal RenoTahoe Glass Service/Installation Technician will contribute to the success of the Company by demonstrating excellent window installation skills. This position is paramount to RenoTahoe Glass’ growth plan, and will collectively contribute to its success by executing the following:
Duties include but not limited to the following:
Assist crew in the installation of residential windows
Perform window service for customers
Stage jobs for installation
Safeguard company assets (coil, caulk, trim etc.) in the warehouse, vehicles and jobsites
Keep the warehouse, vehicles, and tools, clean and organized
Ability to communicate with employees and customers
Attention to OSHA safety standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record as determined by the Company
Glazing experience with Anderson, MI, Milgard, Amsco, and Alpine/Alside windows a plus, but not required
Essential Job Functions:
Ability to work well with other employees and customers
Work in inclement weather
Proficient with general installation of vinyl, fiberglass, and wood windows; patio doors, and entry doors
Ability to lift 100lbs
Knowledgeable in the removal and installation of various window types
Safety oriented and comfortable working aloft from extension and/or step-ladders
