Thriving Roots LLC is a licensed, bonded, and insured steel building construction company focused on building agricultural structures. We build residential and small commercial greenhouse facilities throughout Northern NV. We are looking to fill 1-2 additional labor positions this spring to assist with our upcoming projects. We will be working with Nevada Division of Forestry, Carson City School District, the Washoe Tribe, and several residential/ agricultural customers.
Applicants should be comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and other general construction equipment. Heavy equipment/ metal working experience is preferred. We offer a competitive starting wage, as well as medical benefits after 6 months. The position will be 20-30 hours weekly this winter, transitioning to 40+ hours a week in Spring and Summer, which is out peak season. This is a general construction labor role, so applicants should be comfortable lifting 50+ pounds overhead, being outdoors in the elements, and able to be on their feet for extended periods.
