Established locally owned landscape company looking for experienced foreman and lead men. The applicant must be proficient in all aspects of landscape installation, including the ability to operate skid steers, mini excavators, plant, rock, sod, and hardscape installation. We are looking for an applicant that is self-motivated, has a positive attitude and has attention to detail in their work.
We are an established company who specializes in high end landscape construction. During the spring/summer/fall, our crews work 10 hours per day, 4 days a week with Fridays off with work throughout the winter, weather-permitting. Although we expect our employees to meet production goals, it is a priority that our employees feel respected and listened to, have the tools they need, and most of all enjoy the work they are paid to do.
