Donovan Contracting is seeking skilled experienced painters to join the team. Donovan seeks painters with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Multi-Unit and Commercial painting experience is required. Must be efficient and be able to hit deadlines. This is a fast-paced job and we are seeking high energy enthusiastic candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience with spray rigs, lifts, and the ability to complete a wide range of commercial painting projects. Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and washing walls
- Apply paint using various techniques such as airless paint spraying
- Utilize power tools for sanding and scraping surfaces
- Follow schematics and color theory to achieve desired results
- Work on construction sites to paint interiors and exteriors of buildings
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Commercial or Multi-Unit painting experience.
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment related to painting
- Lift Certification or the willingness to get your certification.
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Valid Driver's License
