We are looking for a trustworthy, versatile individual who is looking for a flexible schedule and is self-motivated. If you are the type of person who enjoys working alone or with a small team, frequently outdoors, and on a wide variety of projects, this may be an ideal role. Position Overview:
Build and repair fencing (various types)
Light construction tasks (installing conduit, digging trenches, various projects)
Landscaping and land leveling
Build roads and paths, improve existing roads
General property maintenance and upgrades
Optional Tasks:
Operating a backhoe or other machinery
Basic mechanical and equipment maintenance
Experience with larger construction projects
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Basic construction laborer and landscaping skills
Self-motivated and dependable
No drinking, drugs, or smoking in equipment - zero tolerance
Pay: $15–$25/hr, depending on skills and experience.
Hours: Flexible – full-time or part-time available.
