Help With Appeal to District Court (Reno)

I filed in Justice Court 9/15/2023, won most of the judgment, except one claim which was blatantly wrong. Says I received a generator when there is no generator in the case! It's only $2,100, but regardless I appealed pro se to Second District Court, CV23-01754. The Defendant/Appellee, did not respond. I filed for Default, but the Court requires a Settlement Conference first verbally saying I would not get a trial. I filed Motion to Reconsider Default and Interrogatories, but Defendants attorney opposed and still have not answered the Appeal claims. The Justice Court ruling is so defective, since it is based on benefit of a generator and there is no generator, this should be overturned on Appeal. I need some counsel to help me, but since the claims dollars do not justify much legal fees, this would be mostly pro bono. It is a super interesting case to this point and winning an Appeal in District Court is a worthy goa
