Experienced Carpenters/Remodelers

Ipsen Construction is looking to hire a few skilled carpenters to our team. Offering a $300 sign on bonus paid after 60 days of employment. This is a fast paced job as we work on everything from millwork (cabinets, doors, baseboard, trim, hardwoods), framing, Building ground up homes, and Remodels (drywall, tile, LVP, carpet, paint, concrete, stone, shiplap, granite, etc). Must have experience. We are looking to fill these jobs immediately. Must have, or be able to obtain an osha card with company reimbursement after completion. Must have carpentry tools for the trades, reliable transportation, and possess knowledge in carpentry. We are a fast growing company. All employees work 40 hours a week with consistent overtime. We offer competitive pay ranging from $20/hr to $35/hr DOE. We also offer paid holidays and health insurance after 60 days, as well as performance bonuses paid out quarterly.
