Reno Door & Trim is currently hiring for a field supervisor / project manager. Must have experience in finish carpentry in a HIGH production environment. This position requires strong leadership skills, and organizational skills Bilingual a big +.
Must know how to install interior, and exterior doors, millwork, and hardware. Must be an efficient scheduler, and have payroll understanding.Must have own tools. This position reports to general field foreman, and will require the ability to communicate with construction managers, project managers, and homeowners in a very professional and polite manner. Must have clean driving record as we provide a company truck for this position with fuel card.
This is a Salaried position and will depend on experience. We offer a health plan after 90 days, with paid time off after a period of one year Pay schedule is weekly.Hours are from 7:00am to 3:30pm Mon. - Fri. .
