Previous janitorial or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and able to manage time effectively.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Perform janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness of the facilities and vehicles.
Conduct chain repairs and manage inventory.
Fuel vehicles and ensure they are ready for use.
Procure supplies for the shop as needed.
Maintaining cleanliness of vehicles.
Maintain daily inventory and assist with organization.
Manage files, including storing and discarding documents as necessary.
Assist with snow removal during winter months.
Climb ladders and perform heavy lifting as required periodically.
Work in various environments, including hot and cold conditions.
