Job DescriptionDay to Day:Insight Global is looking for several Pipefitters for a top client in Sparks supporting the building of a semi-manufacturing facility (single story building).Responsibilities include:
Assist with planning, material acquisition, coordination, and communication to ensure the work gets completed with a focus on meeting project deadlines and cost goals without impacting ongoing production
Act as in-house construction technician, planning and performing mechanical piping and equipment installation, including support of start-up and commissioning of those systems as needed
Cross train and support peers with project work that is outside of your, or their, core skill set
Identify and communicate quality, safety, and productivity improvement opportunities
Engage in training on new tools, systems, equipment, and procedures as needed
Accurately log work hours and material consumption using provided computer systems and software
Compensation:$32/hr to $38/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Completion of a skilled trades certificate program and/or relevant military experience
Experience with Process Piping systems (i.e. High Purity piping, orbital welding)
Demonstrated proficiency and knowledge with piping systems, fitting installation, and applicable codes
Experience in safe work practices that include writing a Job Hazard Analysis, knowledge of OSHA regulations, electrical safety, chemical handling, fall protection, LOTO null
