The incumbent will work under the direction of Administrative Services Officer III to formulate, develop, and monitor agency and program budgets; research and compile information regarding proposed purchases, expenses, and contracts; prepare and present oral justifications for budget proposals; compare expenses against spending authority; approve transactions; and develop revenue and expenditure forecasts by analyzing historical fiscal data and trends.
