Senior Project Manager / Project Manager - Data Centers

The Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will be working on Data Centre projects based in our Auckland office.Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interfaceDeveloping working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completionManaging the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectationsReviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etcManaging project safety and environmental requirementsManaging project timelines, risks and reportingManaging project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on trackBeing engaged with marketing and business development initiativesCo-ordinating vendor scope with overall project deliveryContract Execution: Drafting contract documents in strict accordance with legal approved contract templates. Working closely with project team/s to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documentsBring strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
