As our #AAA team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Speech Pathologist to support participants across the Newcastle and Hunter region, depending on where you're based - work close to home! As an experienced clinician, you’ll bring your expertise to a supportive and collaborative environment where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of your participants, contribute to team development, and continue growing professionally.Responsibilities will include:Manage a varied, community‑based caseload across homes, schools and outreach settingsWork with individuals across the lifespan, including early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents and adultsSupport a range of needs such as feeding, early language, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AACConduct observations and standardised assessments to develop meaningful, participant‑centred goalsDeliver evidence‑based therapy that builds communication, participation and independenceCollaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomesCaseload will be tailored to your experience, interests and professional goalsSupport the growth and development of graduates and early career clinicians.
