Join Aspect’s People, Culture & Safety team and help support the people who make a meaningful difference in the lives of Autistic individuals every day.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their HR career who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively and supporting employees across the full employment lifecycle.About the roleAs a People Services Officer, you’ll deliver responsive and effective support to employees, managers and internal stakeholders across a range of people processes.You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth workforce administration, maintaining compliance and contributing to a positive employee experience across the organisation.What you’ll be doingAdministering key employment lifecycle processes including contracts, onboarding and compliance checksProviding timely, accurate and professional support to employees and managersActing as a first point of contact for People Services queriesEscalating complex matters where appropriateMaintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracySupporting consistent and compliant people processesAssisting with continuous improvement initiatives and service delivery enhancementsThis is a permanent, full time position and the salary ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 per annum including Superannuation.  Click here to view the full position profile.
