Maintenance Supervisor

Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort are looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to support our Maintenance department on a full-time basis.In this role, the successful candidate will assist in coordinating and carrying out all maintenance requirements across the property.Key Responsibilities Include:Assist in leading and executing the preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal property performance.Assist in supervising a team of two Maintenance OfficersProvide hands-on support by performing repairs and maintenance as required across the property.Supervise and support key service areas including, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, pest control, cleaning, fire protection, security control systems, hydraulic services, and approved contractor works.Always Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) best practices.Assist with stock control and supplier coordination to maintain efficient operations.Support in preparing quotes and scheduling maintenance tasks, including minor Capex works.Work closely with the Hotel Manager to support the recruitment and development of the Maintenance team.Shift Details (subject to change):Monday to Friday6:30am start time (flexible for the right candidate)Afterhours caretaker on site – weekend/afterhours calls may be required on an ad hoc basis
